Yashpal Rathore is an electrical engineer by profession who heeded his calling as a naturalist, nature photographer and filmmaker.

Yashpal guides photography tours and expeditions to some of the world's most extraordinary locations, imparting technical and field expertise to photographers. In the interim, he dedicates himself to kindling a love for nature and photography in young minds through compelling talks and workshops.

His technical background has played a pivotal role in the development of custom DSLR-based camera traps, revolutionizing the capacity to capture rare, nocturnal, and elusive species. As a camera trapping specialist, Yashpal has made substantial contributions to acclaimed documentaries featuring India's tigers and elusive snow leopards.

Through WildSpirit Productions, Yashpal employs cutting-edge 8K resolution equipment to create breathtaking wildlife films and documentaries.
